Aviasales was experiencing growth over the past few years and onboarding remote workers during the pandemic quickly became a problem to solve. Our team partnered with the company’s HR department and developed the concept of "unifying everyone in a digital world". We developed this onboarding game using WebGL to allow new hires to create their own 3D characters that wander in our virtual office & learn about teams, processes, and company values.
